Is Pikkon a namekian? While Pikkon is not a Namekian, he is treated as one in the Dragon Ball Z Collectible Card Game for in-game purposes. Despite the Other World Saga being omitted from DBZ Kai: Final Chapters, Pikkon still appears in the Dragon Ball Z Kai: Final Chapters in the Kid Buu Saga along with West Kai and Olibu.
Is Pikkon stronger than Piccolo? Currently, Piccolo is stronger. This is due to the fact that Piccolo can match the power of Goku’s base form, which on it’s own, is much more powerful than Pikkon, easily.
Is Pikkon stronger than cell? Pikkon beat up Super Perfect Cell but lost to Super Saiyan 2 Goku in the Other World Tournament, so has a power level somewhere between Super Saiyan 2 and Super Saiyan 3. Pikkon did Cell, Frieza and King Cold in the same night!
How is Pikkon not canon? No, Pikkon isn’t canon. He was in filler episodes in DBZ, and was in a movie. Just like the Garlic Jr. Saga, and Garlic Jr.
Pikkon is a non-canon character, meaning he only existed during filler arcs of the anime (and a movie). In the actual storyline he doesn’t even exist. He’s also really weak compared to most of the Z-fighters in Dragonball Super.
Goku battles Pikkon and narrowly wins in the end.
Now don’t get me wrong, Pikkon was more powerful than Goku at their first fight. As when they threw punches of equal speed and strength until Pikkon launched his Thunder Flash Attack.
Inescapable Force
On Transformation he obtains a 30% permanent Damage Buff, and he gains a 40% Blast Damage Buff from his second Unique Ability. Essentially, once Pikkon Transforms, he’s able to fire off discounted Arts Cards with +75% Damage Inflicted and +40% Blast Damage active at all times.
One of Dragon Ball’s coolest creations regardless of canon status, Pikkon is a character many don’t realize is filler while watching for the first time. With a few personality tweaks to make him less Piccolo-like, Pikkon could become an exciting ally to Goku in a future movie or anime series.
Yamoshi (ヤモシ, Yamoshi) is an ancient Saiyan who could transform into a Super Saiyan long before Goku could. After his death, his spirit wandered in search of six pure-hearted Saiyans, to create the ceremony that would birth the first Super Saiyan God.
Supreme Kai’s strength is between Super Saiyan 1 and Super Saiyan 2. He could beat Frieza easily but would have trouble facing Cell or Dabura by himself. He’s estimated to have a power level of around 200 million.
Grand Kai is considerably stronger than the other Kais, and is known to be the greatest fighter in the four quarters of the universe. When Goku and the East Kai have a race, the Grand Kai surprises the two of them by racing towards the exit before them even though he started much later, surprising Goku.
In Fusion Reborn, Pikkon is completely outclassed when faced against Janemba, being flicked away by Janemba in his first form and nearly killed with one blow by Super Janemba.
The Garlic Jr.
This saga is entirely filler material written by Katsuyuki Sumisawa, and is not present in the original Dragon Ball manga by Akira Toriyama.
He is very strong and at least equal in strength to Goku in his maxed Super Saiyan form that he used against Perfect Cell. He takes down Frieza and King Cold each with one hit and surprised Super Perfect Cell with one as well, proving Pikkon stronger than Super Perfect Cell.
Changelings are a species of reptilianoid sapient aliens. The Changelings are a mysterious race, and not much is known of their origins, although they may originate from a homeworld known as Winter.
Pikkon is the 27th DLC character to be added in Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2. He acted as a substitute for Piccolo in terms of appearance, role, and personality, introduced in the filler episodes of Dragon Ball Z, and later appears in the movie Dragon Ball Z: Fusion Reborn.
No, Pikkon is not canon. He only appeared in the Dragon Ball Z anime and not in the original Dragon Ball manga created by Akira Toriyama. Pikkon wasn’t created by Toriyama.
The Dragon Clan (竜族, Ryūzoku) is a group of Namekians that are the basic members of the race and specialize in mystic abilities, such as creating mystical spheres known as the Dragon Balls, which can be used to summon a wish-granting dragon.
Super Perfect Cell is a self-proclaimed form of Cell after he survived Self Destruction and absorbed Goku’s cells (because he exploded at King Kai’s Planet together with Goku, King Kai, Bubbles, and Gregory).
Grand Kai’s not canon, so he’s not designed to be compared to the Supreme Kai in any way. However, he never said that if he trained for a couple thousand years that he’d be as strong as Goku and Pikkon, he just said that he’d be strong enough to train Goku and Pikkon.
Cooler Doesn’t Exist In Dragon Ball Canon (Yet)
Cooler was introduced in 1991’s Dragon Ball Z: Cooler’s Revenge, which was set after the Frieza Saga. Since all Dragon Ball Z movies aren’t canon, none of the new characters in the movies ever actually met Goku and the others.
He was born when Kami separated himself from his evil side in order to become God of Earth. King Piccolo is notable to be the most evil and threatening villain at this point in the series, whose story arc toned down its comedic aspect, and the first villain responsible for the death of many major protagonists.
Another prominent character who looks like a demon, Emperor Pilaf, is never stated to be a Namekian, but he shares the odd skin tone and pointed ears of one. Similarly, Garlic Jr. is Namekian-looking, minus the antenna, and seems to have some connection with Kami that is never fully explained.
Due to the resemblance, Bardock mistakes Chilled for Frieza and attacks him but Chilled proves too powerful. However, after Chilled fires an energy attack at Berry, Bardock becomes enraged and transforms into a Super Saiyan.
